Data Engineering Lead | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Join our dynamic and enthusiastic team as a Data Engineering Lead and play a key role in building scalable, high-performance data platforms. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive technical excellence while effectively managing stakeholders and mentoring a high-performing team.
Location:
Bangalore / Remote

12+ years (with at least 7+ years in relevant data engineering roles)

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience leading a team of 8–10 data engineers
Strong hands-on coding expertise with end-to-end data engineering development
Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with technical execution
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality data solutions
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, data lakes, and warehouses
Ensure data availability, reliability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Establish data governance, security, and compliance best practices
Drive continuous improvement in data engineering processes, tools, and standards
Provide technical mentorship and support career development for team members
Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones
Partner with BI, Product, IT, and Cloud teams to enable data-driven decision-making
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
