We are excited to announce an opening for a Lead Engineer – Supply Chain Systems within our Technology organization.
This role is responsible for engineering, integrating, and supporting the foundational technology capabilities that power our global supply chain—including product lifecycle, sourcing, costing, planning, sustainability, quality, logistics, and ERP integrated workflows. You will work across multiple functional and technical domains to build scalable, reliable, and high quality technology solutions that enable our end to end supply chain operations.
Our Supply Chain Technology team plays a mission critical role in enabling seamless product flow—from design to delivery—across global markets. This team partners closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Sustainability teams to deliver robust, modern technology solutions.
As Lead Engineer – Supply Chain Systems, you will be the hands on engineering lead responsible for designing and implementing technology components across planning, sourcing, costing, product quality, compliance, logistics integration, and ERP connected processes. You will collaborate with functional and technical consultants across PLM, D365, logistics providers, and planning tools. While you will work closely with D365 teams, this role is not expected to serve as a D365 consultant, but rather to engineer complementary solutions across supply chain.
THE GIG:
As a Lead Engineer – Supply Chain Systems, you will:
Design & Engineering:
- Design, and develop scalable and resilient solutions across supply chain building blocks including:
- Costing & Sourcing systems, with working knowledge of PLM data flows and vendor onboarding.
- Supply & Demand Planning integrations, especially with tools such as Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, or similar.
- Product Quality, Compliance & Sustainability platforms (e.g., Pivot
88, CBX Inspection Pro).
- Inbound & Outbound Global Logistics, including WMS / TMS providers, freight systems, and carrier APIs.
- Implement robust data pipelines, APIs, integration layers, and automation around supply chain master data and transactional workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to build reusable frameworks for integrations, orchestration, and event based communication.
Integration & Delivery:
- Lead hands on development of backend services, APIs, micro integrations, and data processing logic connecting PLM, planning suites, logistics systems, D365, and financial processes.
- Collaborate with D365 functional and technical consultants to design integration points without duplicating ERP roles.
- Work with cross functional teams in Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage system interoperability, data accuracy, and high availability workflows across heterogeneous systems.
Operations & Continuous Improvement:
- Own troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resolution of supply chain related technical issues.
- Apply observability, monitoring, and data validation practices for operational health of integrations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, simplify integrations, and enhance system performance.
- Maintain clear documentation of technical designs, integration contracts, and platform architecture.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART:
- Must Have Experience (9 – 12 years relevant experience)
- Strong engineering background with hands on development in API driven and integration heavy…
