- One Drive for Business(sync issues, storage policies, sharing settings)
- SharePoint Online(site collections, permissions, lists/libraries)
- Office Apps(installation, activation, performance troubleshooting)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global support environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Service Now
