As Media Planning Manager you will be central in strategizing and planning digital media campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate with various teams, including onshore & offshore planners, account managers, creative teams, and data analysts, to develop effective and impactful digital media strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives

Responsibilities:

- Develop data-driven media strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end digital media planning and execution across paid social, display, video, search, mobile and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and brand teams to ensure consistency in messaging and campaign objectives.
- Allocate and manage media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous performance optimization.
- Oversee audience segmentation, targeting, and media mix modelling based on campaign goals and insights.
- Partner with media agencies, ad tech platforms, and publishers to negotiate rates and evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify improvement areas, and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, new tools, and platform innovations to inform strategy and maintain competitiveness.
- Mentor and train media planners and executives, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

- A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
- 8+ years of experience in digital media planning, with proven success in driving performance-focused campaigns.
- Expertise in Planning tools like GWI, Nielsen, Com Score, Pathmatics etc.
- Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, attribution models, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and media reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and advanced measurement framework
