Q-Commerce Specialist / Manager (6–8 Years Experience)
We are looking for a Q-Commerce Specialist to drive business growth across quick commerce platforms. The role involves managing platform relationships, driving revenue, optimizing assortment and inventory, and executing promotional strategies to enhance channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations and growth across Q-commerce platforms.
Plan and execute platform promotions, visibility campaigns, and sponsored listings.
Track and analyze KPIs such as GMV, fill rate, basket size, and contribution margins.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and platform partners for seamless execution.
Identify growth opportunities, process improvements, and market trends.
Requirements:
6–8 years of experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce / Digital Commerce.
Strong understanding of quick commerce platforms and channel operations.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and performance reporting tools.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or D2C categories is preferred
