We are looking for an experienced Middleware / Web Sphere Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Web Sphere, Apache/IHS, Tomcat, Linux, and IIS to manage enterprise-scale middleware environments and support 24×7 production systems.

Mandatory Skills

- IBM Web Sphere Application Server (WAS 6.x–9.x):
Installation, configuration, clustering, node management, JVM tuning, patching, migrations, DR
- Apache / IBM HTTP Server (IHS):
Installation, SSL management, integration with Web Sphere ( / )
- Tomcat:
Installation, administration, WAR deployments, performance tuning
- Linux (RHEL):
Troubleshooting, performance monitoring, daily operations
- IIS:
Installation, configuration, application hosting, issue resolution

Key Responsibilities

- L2/L3 support for middleware platforms in a 24×7 production environment
- Upgrades, migrations, patching, and DR activities
- Incident management, RCA, and performance optimization
- Collaboration with application, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams
- Documentation and SOP maintenance

Good to Have

- Automation tools:
Ansible, Jenkins, Urban Code, Git Lab
- Cloud exposure: AWS or GCP
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Team handling / lead experience
