Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for all data repositories and develop metrics to analyze pertinent information and share insights through various reports and dashboards on a sustainable basis.
- Deep-dive into data trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Identify trends, patterns, and concerns emerging from data and highlight the same to management, with recommendations in a clear, concise manner to enable smooth and quick decision-making.
- Data validation and attention to detail are required as this role will be accountable for the quality of all numbers delivered through dashboards, reports, or otherwise.
- Ensure data collection, transformation, distribution, and access are optimized to provide crystal-clear visibility into consumer behavior
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel:
Create Pivots. Ability to write macros.
- Python and Power BI.
- Comfortable in writing SQL queries.
- Experience in app-related / clickstream data analytics preferred.
- Experience in building complex MIS and dashboards in any BI tool.
- Good analytical skills and ability to understand business requirements and related metrics; ability to create definitions; ability to slice and dice data.
- Strong understanding of the in-ground operations.
- Able to analyze and compare P&L data.
- Experience of mid to large-scale project management in the fields of logistics/operations is highly desirable.
Required Behavioral
Skills:
- Strong analytical bent of mind.
- Should be result-oriented & detail-oriented, and must have the ability to multitask with minimum supervision.
- Necessary to be a self-starter and have the determination to gain operational clarity from multiple teams and on-ground visits; meeting field staff and drawing practical inferences.
- Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with interdepartmental stakeholders as well as the management.
- Should be a quick learner with the ability to learn new tools/technology quickly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute.
- Experience:
3-5 years
