Copilot Studio Lead Consultant

Role Overview :

Seeking a highly experienced candidate (12+ years) to lead technology strategy, solution design, and governance for the Copilot ecosystem, including M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. This role will drive innovation, ensure compliance, and enable seamless integration of AI-powered solutions across enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute technology strategy for Copilot solutions within the organization.

Lead solution design and architecture for M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio implementations.

Establish governance frameworks and best practices for AI-driven applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver impactful solutions.

Oversee development, testing, and deployment of Copilot integrations.

Monitor performance, security, and compliance of deployed solutions.

Provide thought leadership and mentor teams on emerging AI and automation technologies.

Technical

Skills:

Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Copilot Studio.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration with enterprise systems.

Experience with Azure services, APIs, and connectors for automation and data integration.

Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security standards for AI solutions.

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Dev Ops practices.

Preferred Experience:

12+ years in technology leadership roles, with proven experience in solution architecture and strategy.

Hands-on experience implementing Copilot solutions in enterprise environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Prior involvement in large-scale digital transformation or AI adoption programs is highly desirable."
