Description:
The Senior Paid Marketing Specialist will lead the execution and optimization of all paid digital campaigns across search, paid social, and programmatic/3rd-party channels to achieve Aurigo’s MQL targets across its products. You will be the internal engine of paid acquisition, collaborating with larger marketing, product, and ops teams to scale a high-performing, multi-channel demand engine. This role requires deep understanding of paid media platforms, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to orchestrate full funnel paid marketing across multiple ICPs and product lines.
This role is a crucial part of the demand generation engine as it has a direct impact on pipeline building and the revenue thereof.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Own the paid marketing funnel including strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all paid campaigns.
▪ Conduct keyword research, build campaign structures, and expand targeting across products and verticals.
▪ Optimize campaigns for MQL volume, cost efficiency, and landing page quality score.
▪ Execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
▪ Collaborate with the team to maintain QA across tags, UTMs, and URLs.
▪ Work with marketing analytics team to ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and pacing.
▪ Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data to drive optimization decisions.
▪ Ensure campaigns remain aligned to budget pacing and quarterly MQL goals.
▪ Identify new opportunities across search terms, competitors, and automated bidding strategies.
▪ Contribute insights for cross-channel messaging strategy (Search ↔ Paid Social ↔ 3rd Party).

Skills & Experience:
▪ 5–7 years of hands-on SEM experience (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Linked In, DV 360 preferred).
▪ Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, keyword research tools, and landing page optimization.
▪ Demonstrated success in performance-driven environments (SaaS preferred).
▪ Deep analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
▪ Experience in running A/B tests and data-driven optimization.
▪ Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
▪ Familiarity with B2B buying journeys and multi-product attribution.
