Experience:
8-11+ years of relevant engineering experience, with a significant background in technical leadership, system architecture, and strategic roadmap definition.
What We Are Looking For The Tech Stack
- Technical Visionary:
You possess principal-level depth in Python and modern web stacks. You understand the internals of frameworks and languages well enough to patch them if necessary. You can debate and decide on the right architectural patterns (Event-Driven, CQRS, etc.) for the problem at hand.
- Physical AI & Edge Fluency:
You understand that AI doesn't just live in the cloud. You have experience with Physical AI domains—such as autonomous systems, robotics, or sensor fusion (LiDAR/Radar). You understand the architectural constraints of edge deployment and hardware-aware optimization.
- Data Strategy:
You have deep expertise in designing data ecosystems. You understand how to architect pipelines that handle petabytes of data, optimizing for cost, latency, and throughput across the entire lifecycle.
- Database Architect:
You are an expert in data modeling at an organizational scale. You define the sharding strategies, caching layers (Redis), and polyglot persistence architectures (Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, Vector DBs) that underpin our platform.

You strip away "industry best practices" when they don't apply and rebuild solutions based on fundamental truths.

You speak the language of the business. You can explain technical debt to stakeholders in terms of risk and revenue, and you can translate vague business aspirations into concrete technical requirements.
