About the Role

The AI Solutions Architect (Presales Consultant) is a critical technical and strategic role that serves as the bridge between our core AI offerings, the sales team, and the customer’s business needs. This role is responsible for translating complex customer challenges into compelling, scalable AI solutions, demonstrating technical feasibility, and articulating clear Return on Investment (ROI).

You will be the subject matter expert in Generative AI & Agentic AI applications, driving the technical close on the most strategic enterprise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

1. Technical Solution Design and Strategy

- Deep Solutioning:
Lead technical discovery sessions to analyze customer environments, identify core pain points, and design optimal, end-to-end AI solution architectures in close collaboration with Technical teams
- Integration Expertise:
Understand how AI solutions will integrate with existing enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, CPaaS platforms, etc.) to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.
- Whiteboarding & Workshops:
Conduct technical and business-level workshops with client stakeholders (including architects, engineering leads, and CXOs) to collaboratively shape and validate solution blueprints.

2. Proof of Concept (PoC) & Prototype Development

- Rapid Prototyping:
Design and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and rapid, customized prototypes using AI platforms, APIs, and tools to demonstrate technical viability and measurable business outcomes.
- Custom Demonstrations:
Create and maintain a library of compelling, industry-specific product demonstrations that showcase the unique value and capabilities of our AI portfolio.
- Feedback Loop:
Gather technical feedback from PoCs and collaborate directly with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap.

3. Sales & Business Development (BD) Interfacing

- Opportunity

Qualification:

Partner closely with Sales and Business Development (BD) teams to technically qualify leads, ensuring a clear understanding of the customer’s strategic goals, budget, and timeline.
- Strategic Alignment:
Act as the technical co-pilot for sales cycles, defining the technical win strategy and providing essential coaching and readiness materials to the wider Sales organization.
- Executive Evangelism:
Lead strategic conversations and deliver executive-level presentations that translate complex AI concepts into clear business value and ROI for decision-makers.

4. Proposal and RFP Management

- RFP Ownership:
Own the technical and solution content creation for Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and proactive proposals.
- Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure all technical responses are accurate, compliant with client requirements, and articulate a compelling, differentiated value proposition.
- Risk Assessment:
Identify potential technical risks, challenges, and dependencies within proposed solutions and clearly communicate mitigation strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership

- Maintain expert-level knowledge of GEN AI & Agentic AI market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, training, and the development of best practices for AI solution selling.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Architecture, or Consulting role within the SaaS or Enterprise Software space.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing or selling AI-led solutions (non-exhaustive examples being Conversational AI, AI for BI, Contact Center AI, NLP, or Generative AI platforms).
- Understanding of API design, cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits and financial justification (ROI).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and complex stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
