Job Description – Primavera P6 Support Analyst (L2)
Role Summary
Primavera P6 Support Analyst responsible for providing L2 application support, troubleshooting, user assistance, and operational support for Primavera P6 environments.
Experience
3–6 years overall experience with 4+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Primavera P6 EPPM / Professional
- Resolve escalated incidents from L1 within SLA
- Support project schedules, activities, calendars, resources, and baselines
- Assist with project setup, EPS/OBS configuration, and user security
- Perform data validation, imports/exports, and reporting support
- Coordinate with L3/Oracle support for complex issues
Mandatory Skills
- Oracle Primavera P6
- Project planning and scheduling concepts
- EPS, OBS, calendars, baselines
- Incident and problem management
- Strong troubleshooting skills
