We are seeking an experienced and strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead our SEO-focused content initiatives and elevate our brand's digital presence. This role goes beyond basic editing blogs — we’re looking for someone who can shape and execute a content vision that not only meets the highest editorial standards but also drives measurable results through organic growth.

What You’ll Own:
Revenue & Growth
- Own the full inbound funnel:
Acquisition → Activation → Pipeline → Revenue
- Build predictable, repeatable demand systems
- Set quarterly growth targets and execute against them
Demand Generation
- Drive inbound pipeline through SEO, content, lifecycle, and campaigns
- Improve conversion at key funnel choke points
- Turn campaigns into scalable systems, not one-off launches
Systems & Analytics
- Own the marketing stack: CRM, automation, attribution, analytics
- Ensure clean lead routing, scoring, and reporting
- Build dashboards that clearly answer what’s working and what isn’t
Experimentation & Optimization
- Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses
- Double down on high-impact channels and kill underperformers
- Continuously improve CAC, velocity, and pipeline efficiency
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Operate with high ownership and execution discipline
Who You Are
- 6–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth
- Proven ownership of inbound pipeline or revenue influence
- Experience scaling at least one growth phase (early → scale)
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and pipeline math
- Comfortable making data-backed trade-offs and hard calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good to have:
- Prior experience in HRTech, Fin Tech, Dev Tools, or SaaS Infra
- CRO or experimentation-heavy background
- Experience building demand engines from early-stage environments
