About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to deep tech hiring to support our growing Quantum Computing and AI teams. This role requires hands-on experience recruiting highly specialized engineering and research talent, the ability to work closely with technical stakeholders, and a strong understanding of emerging technology landscapes. You will play a critical role in scaling niche, high-impact teams by delivering a world-class candidate experience while operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for highly technical roles across Quantum Computing, AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, and research domains
- Partner closely with Vps, hiring managers, tech leads and founders to deeply understand role requirements, skill expectations, and team goals
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, Git Hub, research communities, referrals and niche talent platforms
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical depth and cultural alignment through structured interviews
- Coordinate and manage technical interview loops, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
- Drive offer management and salary negotiations, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future-ready roles
- Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience across all stages of hiring
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and provide regular hiring insights to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring patterns across Quantum roles, AI/ML, and emerging technologies

Ideal Profile:

- 2–3 years of experience in technical recruiting within a fast-paced IT, deep tech, startup, or product-based environment
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or B.E.) in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, data science, software engineering, or advanced R&D roles
- Strong understanding of technical skills, role expectations, and evolving tech stacks
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, and other modern recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously under tight timelines
- Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex offers
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and hiring metrics to drive decisions
- Experience using ATS and HR tools to manage pipelines and reporting
