About the Position:

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Pages development to design, build, and deliver innovative SaaS solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with other engineers, QA, Dev Ops, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for financial services customers across North America, Europe, and Australia.

This role is hands-on, with opportunities to work across the full stack—from solution architecture and coding to Dev Ops automation and release management—while gaining exposure to cloud, SaaS, and Microsoft enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Create secure, data-driven websites using Power Pages integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365.

• Implement custom branding and dynamic functionality using CSS and JavaScript.

• Build and manage integrations with SharePoint, Power BI, and other external systems.

• Configure authentication and manage user roles to ensure secure access and data protection.

• Optimize website performance to deliver responsive solutions.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience developing and deploying Power Pages

• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and other web development technologies for building dynamic, user-friendly interfaces.

• Familiarity with integrating Power Pages with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.

• Client and server-side integration with 3rd party web services

• C#, ASP.Net,Liquid

• Source control software and concepts (Azure Dev Ops + Git)

• Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business challenges.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a passion for innovation and creativity in development.

Preferred

Skills & Experience:

• Microsoft Dynamics SDK / API development

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, both model-driven and canvas Power Apps

• Experience of building Power

BI dashboards or using equivalent reporting tools

• Managing assets in the Azure Cloud or equivalent cloud hosting

• Knowledge of the asset finance and commercial lending industry

• Microsoft Azure Dev Ops experience

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
