- Senior Solution Consultant - Supply Chain Consulting!

In this role, the Sr. Solution Consultant is a trusted advisor and technical expert. You’ll lead the design and delivery of Maestro-based solutions, collaborating closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
- Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional work streams.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
- Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
- Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
- Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
- Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
- Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e., operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization
- Develop the Maestro resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to provide functionality.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

- Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred
- Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies
- Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations
- Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus
- Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus
- Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus
- Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed
