The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Databricks platform, strong SQL proficiency, and proven experience leading large-scale data migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement data engineering solutions on the Databricks platform
Lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and best practices
Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines for efficiency and performance

Databricks (strong hands-on experience)
Advanced SQL

Team Leadership / Technical Lead experience
Nice to Have:
Business Objects (BOBJ) – strongly preferred
Power BI, Tableau

Qualifications:

Lead Data Engineer with minimum 3 years of leadership experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks
Proven experience leading data migration projects
Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or BOBJ
Candidates with both Databricks and BOBJ experience will be highly preferred
