Role and Responsibility
Development Implementation Build and maintain websites and applications using Optimizely CMS and Commerce
Personalization Optimization Configure and manage AB tests multivariate tests and personalization campaigns
Integration Integrate Optimizely with third party systems CRM analytics marketing automation
Performance Monitoring Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve user experience
Collaboration Work closely with designers marketers and developers to deliver optimized digital solutions
Maintenance Ensure platform stability security and scalability
Required Skills
Handson experience with Optimizely CMS and Commerce
Strong knowledge of NET Framework C and ASPNET MVC
Familiarity with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
Understanding of AB testing methodologies and conversion optimization
Experience with REST APIs SQL Server and cloud hosting Azure preferred
Preferred Skills
Optimizely certifications CMS Developer Commerce Developer
Knowledge of CICD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
Experience with personalization engines and analytics tools Google Analytics Adobe Analytics
Exposure to SEO best practices and accessibility standards
Experience
