Digital Innovation Manager

Location: Bengaluru

The Digital Innovation Manager is a hands-on role focused on driving measurable growth across app, web, and marketing experiences. The role is centered on personalization, recommendations, and marketing automation, with a strong emphasis on customer experience use cases.

The focus is on building practical solutions that improve customer relevance across apps and website, increase marketing efficiency, and deliver clear revenue impact. The role works closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology teams to turn insights into execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Onsite Personalization and Recommendations

• Own and scale personalization and recommendation capabilities across Boutiqaat’s App and Website. This includes product recommendations, content personalization, dynamic offers and logics, and search relevance.

• Translate customer behavior and intent into contextual, real-time experiences.

• Continuously improve performance through testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.

Marketing Automation

• Design and implement automation solutions that support performance marketing and CRM activities.

• This includes automating audience creation, segmentation refreshes, campaign triggers, decision rules, and personalized messaging.

• Build systems that reduce manual effort while improving speed, accuracy, and return on marketing spend across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Digital Lifecycle Enablement

• Partner with performance marketing and CRM teams to embed personalization and automation into acquisition, onboarding, retention, and loyalty journeys.

• Ensure initiatives directly support core marketing metrics such as conversion, ROAS, retention, and lifetime value.

• Enable teams with tools and workflows that are easy to use and scalable.

App and Web Product Innovation

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate personalization and automation into core app and web journeys.

• Improve user experience through smarter flows, behavioral triggers, and relevant nudges.

• Lead pilots and controlled rollouts before scaling successful initiatives. AI and Martech Applications

• Evaluate, implement, and operate AI-driven marketing and personalization tools with a clear focus on ROI.

• Act as the business owner for personalization engines, marketing automation platforms, and related martech solutions.

• Ensure tools are adopted effectively and deliver real business value.

Data, Measurement, and Optimization

• Partner with data and BI teams to ensure strong data foundations for personalization and automation.

• Define success metrics and measure incremental uplift from initiatives.

• Use insights to continuously refine logic, rules, and models.

Cross-functional Execution

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Technology, and Data teams.
• Own initiatives end to end from concept and build to testing, optimization, and scale.
• Create clear playbooks and best practices to support adoption across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ of experience in AI, marketing technology, or product-related roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools, algorithms, APIs, Mar Tech, Personalization and Recommendation tools, and experimentation frameworks.

• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to marketing and digital experiences.

• Comfortable working with product and engineering teams on app and web features.

• Experience in ecommerce, beauty, fashion, or retail is a strong advantage.

• Bachelors degree in computer science is a must.
