Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the support, sales, and operations teams in resolving technical issues.
- Help the tech team solve technical issues by providing relevant details and data.
- Work with the product team in collecting user insights and testing the product before releases.
- Train the operations team on the technical aspects of the product.
- Document and report Root Cause Analysis issues linked to the product.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience working in software/tech support/data roles.
- Fair understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries to extract required data for analysis.
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Candidates should be comfortable with a 6-day working week.
Should Have:
- Basic understanding of APIs.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Multilingual (basic Hindi is a must).
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with the users.
- Ability to work at a high pace and in a very dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Data Dog, Redash, Metabase, etc.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Understanding of tools like Jira, Postman, etc.
- Good at managing stakeholders.
