Oracle OIC and PAAS Trainer

We empower professionals and organizations to bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud architecture. We are currently seeking a subject matter expert to lead our high-end technical training sessions for the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) stack.

Role Overview

- Position:
Part-Time Technical Trainer (OIC, VBCS, PCS)
- Compensation: ₹12,00,000 (12 LPA)

- Location:

Remote / Hybrid (as per company policy)
- Commitment:
Weekly 12 to 20 Hours

Key

Roles & Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery:
Lead comprehensive training sessions covering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
- Hands-on Labs:
Guide students through real-world scenarios, including App-driven Orchestrations, Scheduled Integrations, and FBDI/SOAP/REST-based SaaS integrations.
- VBCS Mastery:
Teach the development of web and mobile applications, including Business Objects (BO), Service Connections, and UI/UX best practices using OJET.
- Process Automation:
Demonstrate how to build structured and dynamic processes in PCS, including approval workflows and human task integrations.
- Mentorship:
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance on complex integration patterns (fault handling, lookup usage, and connectivity agents).

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:

5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Oracle PaaS/Middleware.
- Core Expertise:
Deep knowledge of OIC (Gen 2/3), VBCS, and PCS.
- Technical Proficiency:
Strong command over XML, XSLT, JavaScript, JSON, and SQL/PL-SQL.
- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex architectural concepts.
- Integration Knowledge:
Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.

Required Certifications

The ideal candidate should hold at least one of the following:

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration Professional (1Z0-1042)
- Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service Developer (1Z0-1056 or similar)
- Oracle Cloud Platform Digital Assistant Specialist (Optional but a plus)
