Location: Bengaluru
We are looking for a Product Owner who bridges the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You are a "Builder PM"—capable of "vibe coding" your own prototypes to validate ideas—but you are also a diplomat and strategist. You will identify core problem statements, align diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and present scalable solutions that drive our hyper-growth.
What You’ll Do (The Balance)
Deep Problem Discovery: You don't just build what is asked. You practice First Principles thinking to define the actual problem statement. You conduct user research and data analysis to ensure we are solving the right problems.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment: You act as the translation layer between Engineering, Sales, and Leadership.
You proactively manage expectations, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure everyone is marching toward the same North Star.
Ideation to "Vibe Coding": You use AI tools (Cursor, Replit, V0) to spin up functional prototypes. You use these prototypes to demonstrate your solutions to stakeholders, getting faster buy-in by showing rather than just telling.
Presenting & Evangelizing: You are a storyteller. Whether it's a demo for the engineering team or a strategic roadmap presentation for the Board, you can articulate complex technical solutions simply and persuasively.
Hyper-Growth Scaling: You thrive in ambiguity. You can take a chaotic influx of customer feedback and structure it into a prioritized backlog that stabilizes the product while fueling growth.

The Diplomatic Builder: You can debate API structures with devs and revenue goals with Sales in the same hour.
AI-Native: You use LLMs to accelerate your workflow. You don't wait for a designer to mock up a button; you prototype it.
Articulate & Persuasive: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain why we are building feature X over feature Y without friction.
Empathy-Driven: You understand that "Stakeholder Management" isn't just about saying yes/no; it's about understanding the incentives of the people you work with.
