Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex IT and software development projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with project management excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a leader who can work across multiple teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive execution in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Security, Infrastructure, Vendors).
- Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring delivery as per agreements.
- Technical Oversight
- Understand system architectures, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and security standards.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and provide recommendations for tools, platforms, and solutions.
- Identify technical risks and ensure proactive mitigation strategies.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, IT governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee quality assurance, performance testing, and security validations.
- Maintain project documentation, including design specs, test plans, and operational guides.
- Agile & Process Excellence
- Implement and manage Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies for efficient delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews.
- Drive continuous improvements in project delivery, team productivity, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing technical/software development projects.
- Strong technical background (application development, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions).
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level IT projects (ERP, SaaS, Cloud migrations, Integrations, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with Waterfall when required.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Certifications preferred: PMP
