Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive to lead our organization’s

reporting and dashboard development functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise

in MIS tools, dashboard creation, data structuring, and project management. This role focuses

heavily on report generation, dashboard development, data hygiene, and system upkeep,

without requiring advanced analytical or insight-generation responsibilities.

The Senior MIS Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate,

timely, and high-quality MIS outputs that support smooth operational decision-making across

the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Management

● Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.

● Build automated, scalable reporting structures for daily, weekly, and monthly

requirements.

● Create and manage standardized MIS reports for operations, leadership, and client
- facing functions.

● Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all MIS outputs.

Data Systems & Processes

● Develop and maintain robust MIS databases to capture, structure, and organize data for

reporting purposes.

● Implement data collection systems, processes, and protocols ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and integrity.

● Ensure strict adherence to data governance and compliance standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

● Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into

structured MIS outputs.

● Work closely with operations, program management, and technology teams to

streamline data flows and reporting processes.

● Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear timelines and project updates.

System Management & Support

● Monitor MIS systems for performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary

enhancements.

● Provide training, guidance, and technical support to users on MIS tools, dashboards,

and standard procedures.

● Maintain and update documentation, SOPs, and user guides for MIS processes and

systems.

Project Management

● Plan, prioritise, and execute multiple MIS projects simultaneously while meeting

deadlines.

● Ensure structured follow-ups, proper requirement gathering, and clear implementation

plans.

● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors (where required) for successful project

delivery.

Required

Skills and Qualifications

● Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, Computer Science, Business, or

Analytics-related fields).

● 6+ years of experience in MIS, dashboard creation, reporting, or related roles.

● Strong expertise in Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets/Excel, and data

structuring.

● Experience with data governance, data hygiene, and MIS documentation.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination.

● Excellent project management and task execution skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
