We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – SAP FI/CO
We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Senior Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives, drive SAP FI/CO strategy, and manage large-scale implementations across enterprise environments.
This role offers high ownership , leadership visibility, and Pan-India impact .

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive SAP FI/CO strategy across implementations, rollouts, and support programs
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP FI/CO projects , including planning, execution, and governance
Act as a functional SME for SAP:
FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation
CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA
Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, HCM and other modules
Drive period-end closing , statutory compliance, and management reporting
Ensure compliance with Indian taxation and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, audits)
Lead, mentor, and build high-performing SAP FI/CO teams
Partner with business stakeholders, finance leadership, and IT teams
Manage risks, escalations, and senior stakeholder expectations
Support SAP S/4
HANA Finance transformation and optimization initiatives
Preferred Profile
Experience:
12–16 years of SAP FI/CO experience
4+ years in Manager / Senior Manager or delivery leadership roles
Implementation Expertise:
Multiple end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations
Experience in rollouts and large enterprise SAP landscapes
Technology & Domain Exposure:
SAP ECC and S/4
HANA Finance
Strong understanding of Indian statutory and tax compliance
Certifications:
SAP FI/CO Certification (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling Pan-India or multi-location engagements
