D365 F&O Project Manager

Role Overview
As a D365 F&O Project Manager, you will be responsible for  leading end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and customization projects  of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for D365 F&O.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project execution.
Facilitate communication between technical, functional, and business teams.
Provide regular status updates and resolve project issues.
Risk & Compliance
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with company standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Delivery & Quality Assurance
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of D365 F&O solutions.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of  project management experience  with good experience in  ERP/D365 F&O implementations .
Strong knowledge of  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules  (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
Proven ability to manage  budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams .
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with  Agile/Waterfall methodologies  and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
