Job Description:
SAP PLM Consultant (S/4
HANA)
Work location:
Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune
Work Mode: 5 days office
Yeras of experience in SAP PLM: 5+ years
Must have implementation experience and S4 Hana
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Consultant with S/4
HANA expertise to support implementation, integration, and support of Product Lifecycle Management processes. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to manage product data from concept to retirement.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP PLM in an S/4
HANA environment .
Manage Product Master Data , including materials, BOMs, routings, and documents.
Configure and support Engineering Change Management (ECM) and change records.
Handle Document Management System (DMS) for engineering drawings and specifications.
Integrate SAP PLM with MM, PP, QM, SD , and external CAD systems.
Support Variant Configuration (VC) and configurable materials (if applicable).
Participate in S/4
HANA implementation, migration, and conversion projects .
Perform SPAU/SPDD activities during upgrades and system migrations.
Support PLM-related Fiori applications and embedded analytics.
Prepare functional specifications , process flows, test scenarios, and user documentation.
Support UAT, cutover, and post–go-live activities .
Provide incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
