Job Title:
Service Operations Leader / Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead teams handling large-scale user provisioning and access management for US customers. This role focuses on ensuring accurate account setup, issue resolution, and data integrity across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage provisioning and access management teams
- Oversee user account creation, modification, and de-provisioning across systems
- Resolve access issues, data mismatches, and provisioning failures
- Analyze logs, audit reports, and system data to identify root causes
- Handle bulk data uploads, downloads, and validations (CSV, XML, JSON)
- Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce, SQL, and Excel
Required
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Experience working with US customers during US business hours
- Strong knowledge of user provisioning and service operations
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with bulk data processing and system integrations
- Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
