Responsibilities

- Serve as the process expert for designing process templates, ensuring seamless integration between SAP projects and Kinaxis
- Design and implement IT Supply Chain Systems across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP
- Work with Kinaxis Rapid Response modules with at least 3+ years of implementation experience
- Act as the SME for Supply Planning and S&OP; support related supply chain functions such as Demand Planning, Order Fulfillment, Capacity Planning & Inventory Management
- Lead deep‑dive requirement workshops and translate business needs into clear user stories
- Work closely with IT teams to explain user stories, test developments, and support deployments within Maestro
- Deliver key user training and ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Utilize experience in APO / SAP IBP / SAP PPDS (added advantage)
- Apply strong SDLC knowledge across requirement gathering, process design, functional specs, testing, deployment & user training
- Provide innovative solutions while ensuring best practices
- Build strong relationships with business teams and work in a global, cross‑cultural environment
- Communicate effectively through clean documentation and presentations

Qualifications

- BE/BTech, MCA, or MTech
- 7+ years of experience in Kinaxis or SAP APO
