Role Overview :
We’re looking for a passionate Data Engineer who can design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in enabling analytics, business insights, and decision-making across Product, Growth, and Creator teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage ETL pipelines to collect, process, and transform large-scale data.
Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Implement and optimize data storage solutions (e.g., Redshift, Big Query, Snowflake).
Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance in all pipelines.
Automate workflows, monitor data systems, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Support migration, scaling, and integration of new data sources.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.).

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP).
Hands-on experience with data warehousing and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Spark preferred).
Solid understanding of data modelling and schema design.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows is a plus.

Bonus Points:

Experience in a consumer-tech, gaming, or social media platform.
Understanding of analytics and experimentation frameworks.
