Role:
Senior Business Analyst – Solutioning & GTM

Description:

You will be responsible for:
As a Senior Business Analyst - Solutioning & GTM, you will drive market success by transforming our Digital Enablement capabilities into compelling market narratives and business solutions.

You will be responsible for:

Solution Strategy & Development:

• Analyzing client requirements and business challenges to develop comprehensive Digital Enablement solution approaches

• Creating value-driven solution proposals with clear ROI articulation for diverse stakeholder audiences

• Developing capability frameworks that demonstrate maturity pathways and competitive differentiation

• Translating technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives aligned with client strategic objectives

Pipeline Support & Opportunity Development:

• Supporting leadership in qualifying and developing new business opportunities across target accounts

• Collaborating with sales teams to develop account-specific strategies and value propositions

• Contributing to opportunity assessment processes with detailed solution analysis and feasibility studies

• Assisting in cross-service line opportunity identification and integrated solution development

Sales Enablement & Client Engagement:

• Developing sales tools, battle cards, and competitive intelligence materials

• Supporting pre-sales activities including client workshops, capability demonstrations, and strategic presentations

• Creating client-facing materials that effectively communicate solution value and implementation approaches

Building relationships with key stakeholders to understand evolving needs and requirements

Content & Thought Leadership Support:

• Contributing to thought leadership content development that positions our Digital Enablement capabilities

• Creating solution-focused content that demonstrates industry expertise and technical capabilities

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or life sciences; MBA preferred

• 3-6 years of experience in solution design, business analysis, or client-facing roles, preferably in B2B technology or life sciences

Proven track record in translating technical capabilities into business value propositions

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and proposal development

• Experience supporting sales teams and client engagement activities

• Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders

• Strong documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail
