Lead Supervised AI

Location: Bengaluru

Required Skills & Experience

· 3–5 years of experience in ML/DL, with hands-on work in computer vision, document AI, audio/video ML, or similar fields

· Strong background in deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Res Net, etc.)

· Experience with tools like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, OpenCV, Hugging Face, or similar

· Ability to work with image, document, and multimedia data (OCR, video classification, speech recognition)

· Strong Python programming and ML Ops skills (Docker, Git, model pipelines, performance optimization)

· Familiarity with hybrid architectures combining tabular and unstructured data inputs

· Experience with ML interpretability, evaluation metrics, and production deployment

Preferred Qualifications

· Graduate from a top-tier engineering college (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent)

· Prior experience in BFSI/Fintech or high-compliance industry using AI for operational or document intelligence

· Exposure to model deployment at scale for computer vision and multimodal data
