Senior Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our software services team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing software development and digital transformation projects, particularly in the eCommerce domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful client delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage multiple client projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.

· Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout project life cycles.

· Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress against KPIs.

· Implement and oversee Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery.

· Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and manage change requests effectively.

· Motivate and mentor project teams to drive performance, accountability, and collaboration.

· Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and client stakeholders.

· Promote continuous improvement and contribute to process optimization across the delivery organization.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· 7–10 years of experience in managing software development or IT consulting projects.

· PMP certification is mandatory.

· Experience managing eCommerce, retail tech, or large-scale digital projects.

· Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), and project delivery frameworks.

· Hands-on experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.

· Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams in fast-paced environments.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
