Service Now Architect HRSD

Tasks Lead and strategize:
Drive the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of Service Now HR Service Delivery (Employee Workflow) projects for our clients.
Develop and refine the strategic roadmap for clients' HR platforms, ensuring solutions align with their business goals and employee needs.
Team and project leadership:
Provide expert guidance and leadership to project teams, coordinating daily tasks, assigning work packages, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You will be the central point of contact for clients and all project stakeholders.
Consulting and solution design:
Analyze and translate complex client HR business requirements into technical specifications and innovative Service Now solutions.
You'll apply best practices and leverage the latest platform capabilities to create a seamless experience.
Stakeholder management:
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, HR IT leaders, and management.
You will conduct regular status meetings and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Expert guidance and quality assurance:
Serve as a subject matter expert on Service Now Employee Workflow (HRSD), providing strategic advice and leading the team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
You'll be responsible for overseeing testing and successful go-lives.
Stay at the forefront of Service Now HRSD developments and contribute to knowledge-building within MHP’s Service Now community .
Business development support:
Support our sales teams by providing expert-level input on Service Now HR solutions, helping to develop proposals, and participating in client meetings to articulate our value proposition.
Qualifications
Experience:
You hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in an Service Now Employee Workflow environment and implementation projects, with a significant portion of that time spent in a leadership or consulting role.
HR
Experience:
Ideally you have a couple of years of experience in the area of HR operations / service delivery, HR Management, digital HR.
Service Now Expertise:
You possess a deep understanding of the Service Now HR Service Delivery (Employee Workflow) modules and their capabilities.
Relevant certifications such as Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and HR Certified Implementation Specialist are highly preferred.

You are a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
Your communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are exceptional, allowing you to guide and inspire both internal teams and clients.
Analytical Mindset: You are highly analytical, solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to understand user needs.
You can translate complex business challenges into effective and innovative technical solutions.
Language Proficiency: You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients and team members.
