Role Summary
ARAs Client is seeking a seasoned Business Architect with deep Open Link Endur expertise to lead strategic transformation initiatives within trading and risk management ecosystems.
This role requires a senior leader who can bridge business strategy and technology execution — assessing current-state processes, defining target operating models, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions, and shaping enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
T he ideal candidate will combine strong Endur domain depth with business architecture capabilities and executive-level stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Open Link Endur architecture and business transformation.
Assess current-state trading operations, systems, and workflows.
Capture high-level business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
Design future-state operating models aligned with business strategy.
Develop compelling business cases for transformation initiatives.
Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Drive key architectural and business decisions across multiple teams.
Provide advisory guidance to senior leadership on Endur-enabled transformation.
Analyze, document, and optimize trading and risk business processes.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
Nice To Have
Functional configuration knowledge of Open Link Endur.
Experience with CTRM/ETRM transformation programs.
Experience in operating model design.
Exposure to regulatory reporting in energy/commodities markets.
Consulting background.
