About the role .
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to serve as the Digital Architect for Spot Draft — defining the global standards, measurement frameworks, and infrastructure that power how we track, optimize, and scale across SEO, GEO, AI, paid campaigns, and performance-driven growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role that directly influences pipeline and revenue across international markets.
If you understand SaaS funnels deeply, think in terms of pipeline and ROI (not just impressions), and can blend strategy with execution — this role is for you.
Day to Day:
1. Lead Global Organic Growth
Own and execute Spot Draft’s global SEO/GEO/AEO strategy across priority markets (US, EMEA, APAC).
Drive technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives to improve rankings, authority, and qualified traffic.
Align keyword strategy to ICP, buyer intent, and commercial outcomes.
Partner with content and product marketing to scale high-intent organic acquisition.
Continuously monitor rankings, CTR, and conversion metrics — and optimize accordingly.
2. Portfolio Management Treat the global performance budget as a capital investment, dynamically shifting resources between channels and regions (US, EMEA, APAC) based on real-time ROI .
Lead global paid campaigns across Google, Linked In, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize campaigns for MQLs, SQLs, and revenue contribution — not vanity metrics.
Run structured experimentation (A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative testing) to improve ROI.
Scale high-performing channels while maintaining cost efficiency.
3. Digital Infrastructure & Conversion Take ultimate accountability for the website’s performance as a high-impact conversion engine driving pipeline and revenue.
Oversee the digital tech stack and ensure seamless data flow from first touch through to closed-won revenue.
4. Build & Lead a High-Performing Team Manage and mentor a digital marketing team focused on performance outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging, targeting, and positioning are aligned.
Work with leadership on quarterly growth planning and forecasting.
Manage external agencies or vendors where required.
Support leadership on bylines, interviews, and other public storytelling opportunities.
Requirements:
Have 7+ years of experience in Digital / Growth Marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS.
Have led both organic and paid acquisition channels with measurable revenue impact.
Demonstrate strong systems thinking — you understand how changes across SEO, paid, messaging, and targeting impact downstream metrics like SQL quality, pipeline velocity, and revenue.
Have experience running global campaigns across US, EMEA markets.
Understand SaaS funnels deeply — from MQL to SQL to pipeline and revenue.
Are comfortable managing meaningful performance budgets and optimizing CAC.
Are analytical and data-driven — you rely on attribution, experimentation, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
Can operate strategically while staying hands-on when needed.
Exposure to AI-driven marketing workflows is a plus, but not mandatory.
