Client Servicing Manager / Senior Manager (Digital‑First) – Media Agency
Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager/Senior Manager with 8–10 years of experience in a media agency environment, with strong digital expertise. This role is responsible for leading client relationships, driving strategic media thinking, and orchestrating integrated digital‑first solutions across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of media planning, platforms, measurement, and the fast‑paced nature of agency delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Strategic Consultation
Serve as the primary client partner, ensuring strong relationships, high satisfaction, and alignment with brand and business goals.
Interpret client briefs and translate them into robust digital media strategies , working closely with media planning, strategy, and analytics teams.
Understand client category and consumer landscape to guide channel selection, messaging frameworks, and platform roles.
2. Media Planning & Execution Oversight
Lead the development of digital‑first media plans across search, social, display, video, programmatic, influencer, and commerce platforms (90%+ digital focus).
Coordinate closely with performance teams (biddable, programmatic, ad ops) to ensure accurate campaign setup and adherence to KPIs.
Ensure plans are grounded in data, platform insights, audience behaviours, and competitive intelligence.
3. Campaign Performance, Reporting & Insights
Monitor campaign performance, pacing, delivery, and quality across channels.
Lead post‑campaign evaluation presentations, identifying key learning, optimizations, and next‑phase recommendations.
Evaluate trends, category benchmarks, audience insights, and performance signals to guide ongoing optimization and budget realignment .
4. Account Leadership & Growth
Lead regular client meetings—WIPs, QBRs, strategic planning sessions, and performance reviews.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling (e.g., commerce, influencer, programmatic innovation, creative solutions).
Manage client expectations and ensure all deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
5. Team Management & Collaboration
Mentor account executives and planners; ensure teams have clarity on deliverables, processes, and timelines.
Partner seamlessly with media planning, performance, creative, production, and analytics functions to deliver integrated solutions.
Drive operational excellence across briefing, planning, approvals, reporting, and campaign management workflows.
6. Industry Intelligence & Vendor Management
Stay updated on changes across Google, Meta, Amazon, DV360, programmatic formats, new measurement tools, mar‑tech, and consumer trends.
Build strong relationships with publishers, platforms, and ad‑tech partners to leverage first‑to‑market opportunities , betas, and platform support.
Represent the agency in relevant industry forums, workshops, and partner events.
Essential
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
8–10 years of client servicing/account management experience within a media agency .
Strong exposure to digital media planning and performance‑led campaigns.
Education
Degree/diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Humanities or Science, or related fields.
Technical & Channel Expertise
Deep understanding of media channels including:
Search, social, display, video, programmatic
E‑commerce media, influencer media
Measurement & attribution
Interpretation of data
Hands‑on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Amazon DSP, Sizmek , and analytics environments like GA, Com Score, Similar Web .
Core Competencies
