We’d like to see:
5+ years of experience.
Understands the importance of delegation, prioritization, scope management, team performance, and health.
They prioritized the time in conversations, quality gates definitions, engineering quality best practices, quality assurance and control, team mentoring, and company initiatives.
Identify testing techniques and types needed according to each project's challenges, tech stack, and business context, focus on risk mitigation over problem detection,…
