Position: Head of Performance Marketing (Early stage fintech start-up)

We’re partnering with a well-funded  fintech startup  on a mission to  reimagine how consumers access and manage financial products . The company is building a  category-defining platform  focused on speed, transparency, and outcomes, solving a deeply broken user experience in a massive market.

They’re now looking for a  Performance Marketing Head  to build and scale their paid acquisition engine from scratch.

This is a  hands-on, zero-to-one role  — ideal for someone who wants real ownership, real budgets, and real impact.

What You’ll Own

End-to-End Paid Growth
Own the paid funnel across Meta, Google, and emerging channels — from campaign setup to scaling
Be accountable for CAC, LTV, and downstream funnel performance

Creative Strategy & Testing
Lead creative thinking: hooks, angles, narratives, and offers
Identify winning patterns and translate insights into sharp briefs for designers and creators
Treat creativity as a performance lever, not a branding afterthought

Experimentation & Scaling
Run high-velocity experiments with clear hypotheses
Double down on winners, cut losers ruthlessly, and continuously push efficiency
Build repeatable systems, not one-off hacks

Deep comfort with Meta & Google mechanics, bidding, attribution, events, and measurement tradeoffs
