KPI Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our SAP Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies, data management, and analytics, along with proven leadership skills. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of SAP Data & Analytics professionals to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
Develop and implement data strategies, analytics frameworks, and best practices to enhance business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and create comprehensive analytics solutions.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in SAP and analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide technical guidance and support during project implementation and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in SAP tools such as SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
