We are expanding into the USA market and building a high-performance outbound engine focused on enterprise AI and cloud services.

Role Overview   We are hiring a B2B Demand Generation & Outreach Specialist to build and execute structured outbound campaigns targeting USA enterprise clients.
This is a pipeline-building role focused on:
Identifying ideal customers
Running multi-channel outreach
Booking qualified meetings
Maintaining CRM hygiene
This role reports to the Growth Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities  ICP Research & Targeting    Build targeted USA prospect lists:
Healthcare AI companies
SaaS companies seeking AI integration
Mid-market enterprises modernizing legacy systems
Biotech / Genomics firms
Use Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools for segmentation

Multi-Channel Outbound Campaigns    Execute structured outreach through:
Cold email sequencing
Linked In messaging
Warm follow-ups
Personalize messaging aligned to AI/Cloud positioning
A/B test subject lines and messaging angles

Meeting Qualification    Qualify prospects based on:
Budget
Authority
Need
Timeline
Schedule discovery calls for CEO / Sales team
Ensure high-quality SQLs, not vanity meetings

CRM & Reporting    Maintain clean CRM data
Track:
Response rates
Conversion rates
Meetings booked
Weekly reporting on outbound metrics

Required Experience    2–4 years in B2B outbound sales or demand generation
Experience targeting USA or global enterprise markets
Strong experience with:
Linked In Sales Navigator
Apollo / similar tools
CRM platforms (Hub Spot / Salesforce)
Email automation platforms
Excellent written English (clear, professional, persuasive)

Preferred    Experience in AI, SaaS, cloud, or tech services
Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles
Experience working in US time zones
Exposure to marketing automation tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.)

KPIs    300–500 outbound touches per week
10–20 qualified meetings per month
5–10% positive response rate
CRM accuracy & reporting compliance
SQL conversion ratio improvement
