Role Summary
As a  Solution Architect (Analytics) , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and maturity of the Analytics and Business Intelligence practice. You will engage directly with clients to design and architect high-performance analytics solutions, support presales initiatives, lead innovation in data & analytics, and mentor teams to deliver scalable business outcomes.
This role requires deep technical expertise, consultative presence, and the ability to translate business needs into modern, AI-enabled analytics architectures.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Advisory  Partner with business and technology leaders to understand strategic data goals, identify white spaces, and define analytics roadmaps.
Solution Architecture  Design and implement modern analytics architectures covering semantic layer design, data modeling, visualization, and conversational BI.
Presales & Enablement  Lead solution discovery sessions, prepare proposals, define scope, and collaborate with sales & marketing to advance opportunities.
Innovation & Research  Drive experimentation in emerging analytics technologies and frameworks to create differentiating IPs and reusable components.
Knowledge & Reusability  Build reusable assets, templates, and accelerators for analytics delivery; contribute to thought leadership via blogs, papers, and events.
Talent Development  Mentor data & analytics professionals and help develop career progression pathways aligned with enterprise capability frameworks.

Must-Have Qualifications
14+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with focus on Business Intelligence and Analytics Solution Architecture.
Proven track record designing and implementing analytics solutions using platforms such as  Power BI, Tableau, Thought Spot, Micro Strategy, Looker, or Quick Sight.
Expertise in end-to-end analytics solutioning — from semantic modeling and data visualization to conversational analytics.
Demonstrated consulting, presales, and advisory experience in strategic data initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with  cloud data ecosystems  (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
Understanding of  Dev Sec Ops   principles for analytics delivery.
Knowledge of analytics platform administration and usage analytics.
Working familiarity with  TOGAF  or  DAMA  frameworks.
Thought leadership contributions through articles, events, or community involvement.
