About the Role
IInfotanks is looking for motivated Lead Generation Executives  (0-1 year)  to support our growth efforts by executing email outreach campaigns and generating qualified leads. You’ll work closely with the sales/marketing team to build prospect lists, run email campaigns, track performance, and help convert interest into sales opportunities.

Shift - Evening
Working Days - Monday through Friday
Opportunity - Full Time
Experience - 0 to 1 year

Key Responsibilities

Build targeted prospect lists using Linked In, websites, directories, and research tools
Collect and validate lead data (name, company, title, email, phone, industry, etc.)
Launch and manage outbound email campaigns (cold outreach + follow-ups)
Personalize email sequences based on prospect type and industry
Maintain accurate CRM/lead trackers (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Sheets)
Monitor email metrics (deliverability, open rate, replies, meetings booked) and share weekly reports
Test subject lines, messaging, and sequences to improve conversion rates
Ensure compliance with email outreach best practices and anti-spam guidelines

Required Skills / Qualifications

Strong written English and professional email-writing ability
Comfortable with online research and data collection
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain clean data
Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts (cold emailing, funnels, lead qualification)
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Excel and Linked In
Self-driven, consistent, and able to meet daily/weekly targets

Performance Metrics (Example)
Number of verified leads added per week
Campaigns launched and follow-up completion rate
Reply rate and meeting/qualified lead rate
Data accuracy and CRM hygiene
