We are expanding aggressively into the USA market and building a high-performance marketing engine to generate enterprise AI & cloud opportunities.

Role Overview   We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead Chadura’s USA go-to-market strategy.
This is a revenue-driven, B2B enterprise marketing role — not social media marketing.
You will:
Define and execute USA GTM strategy
Build enterprise lead pipeline
Position Chadura as a trusted AI/Cloud partner
Drive qualified meetings and revenue-attributed marketing
You will report directly to the Founder & CEO.

Key Responsibilities  USA Go-To-Market Strategy    Define ICPs (Healthcare AI, SaaS, Mid-market enterprises)
Develop vertical-specific positioning
Identify high-value partnership channels

Pipeline & Demand Generation    Build quarterly pipeline targets ($1M+/quarter goal)
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns
Launch Linked In thought-leadership strategy
Plan and execute webinars and AI workshops

Brand & Authority Positioning    Create AI/Cloud value narratives
Align messaging with technical teams
Develop case-study-driven content strategy

Performance & Analytics    Own MQL → SQL → Revenue funnel
Track CPL, CAC, and pipeline value
Weekly reporting to leadership

Required Experience    3–5 years in B2B marketing (AI / SaaS / Tech services preferred)
Experience targeting USA enterprise clients
Strong understanding of consultative sales cycles ($50K–$500K deals)
Hands-on experience with:
Linked In Sales Navigator
CRM systems (Hub Spot / Zoho)
Email sequencing tools
Experience building outbound GTM systems

Preferred    Experience marketing AI/ML or cloud-native services
Experience in healthcare, biotech, SaaS, or data-intensive industries
Exposure to Dev Ops, MLOps, or LLM-based platforms
Understanding of enterprise buying psychology

KPIs (Performance Driven)    15–25 qualified enterprise meetings/month
5–10 Sales Qualified Leads/month
$1M+ quarterly pipeline generation
Measurable marketing ROI
