Budget spend should be 5-6 crores
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, and
performance tracking tools
Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage large-scale performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient
spend and strong ROI
● Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Bing, and other paid channels
● Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion,
retention) aligned with business goals
● Drive campaign planning, forecasting, and budget allocation at scale
● Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA) and translate data into actionable
insights
● Oversee ad creatives, landing page performance, and conversion optimization in
collaboration with design and product teams
Conduct advanced experimentation (A/B testing, audience expansion, bid strategies,
new channels)
● Build and maintain strong reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership
visibility
● Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging growth opportunities
