Role Overview
iSteer Technologies is seeking a seasoned Delivery Leadership Project/Delivery Manager to lead large-scale enterprise integration programs for strategic iSteer Clients. This role will act as the central delivery owner across complex integration initiatives, working closely with client leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure execution excellence, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder confidence. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for delivery governance, executive communication, and cross-functional coordination across modern iPaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Leadership
● Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs across multiple work streams
● Drive execution plans, milestones, risk management, and dependency tracking
● Proactively manage escalations and ensure delivery health
● Apply Scrum-based delivery practices and ensure disciplined Agile execution across integration programs.
Stakeholder & Leadership Communication
● Act as the primary delivery interface with senior leadership at iSteer Clients
● Lead governance forums, leadership reviews, and executive status meetings
● Clearly communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Project & Process Management
● Own Jira program boards, sprint planning, tracking, and reporting
● Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery frameworks
● Ensure transparency across delivery metrics and KPIs
Executive Reporting & Reviews
● Create leadership-level presentations and delivery dashboards
● Translate technical delivery updates into business-impact narratives
Cross-Team Coordination
● Align integration engineers, platform owners, business users, and external partners
● Manage changing priorities and ad-hoc leadership requests
● Drive smooth onboarding of new integration initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
● 10+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Leadership roles
● Strong background in enterprise system integrations and middleware/iPaaS platforms (Snap Logic, Workato, Mule Soft, etc.)
● Excellent Jira-based program/project management expertise
● Proven experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
● Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling capabilities
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills
● Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Nice to Have
● Experience working with HR, Finance, or enterprise SaaS platforms
● Experience leading transformation or large-scale platform migration programs
● Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns
