Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced  Senior Business Analyst  with strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, PMO, and development teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders, including Agencies and PMO, to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements and work items.
Document, review, and maintain  Business Requirement Documents (BRD) ,  Solution Design Documents (SDD) , and  Requirement Definition Documents (RDD) .
Translate business rules into detailed functional requirements and support development teams during implementation.
Create and update  process flows, workflows, and diagrams  using Microsoft Visio to support requirement understanding.
Manage, track, and update  User Stories, Tasks, and Defects/Bugs  using Azure Dev Ops.
Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure requirements are within scope and aligned with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct and support  requirement reviews, walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs .
Develop and maintain the  Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)  to ensure end-to-end traceability.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of strong experience in  business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation .
Excellent understanding of  end-to-end business processes  and system workflows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with  business and technical teams .
Experience working in  Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments .
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
