Role

Purpose:

- Lead and drive global Organizational Development (OD) initiatives that support Sapiens’ transition to a scalable, cloud-based SaaS operating model. This role owns end-to-end global OD programs and partners closely with business leaders and HR teams across regions to strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and execution in a fast-changing environment. The role is based in India and operates with a global scope, working across geographies, cultures, and time zones.

What You’ll Do:

- Global OD Leadership:

- · Own and lead global, end-to-end OD programs across leadership development, performance management, talent and succession, career frameworks and leveling, managerial forums, organizational diagnostics, and surveys.

· Translate company strategy and SaaS transformation priorities into clear OD initiatives, leadership capabilities, and behaviors.

· Own the development and implementation of a global talent strategy.

· Ensure high-quality execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of all global OD initiatives.
Consulting, Change & Partnership:

- · Act as a trusted OD advisor and change partner to global business leaders and HRBPs.

· Diagnose organizational challenges and co-create scalable solutions that balance global consistency with local adaptability.

· Facilitate complex leadership conversations, workshops, offsites, and forums across regions.
Systems Thinking & Impact:

- · Approach organizational challenges holistically, considering strategy, structure, processes, roles, incentives, and culture.

· Use data, insights, and feedback loops to assess impact and inform decisions.

· Ensure OD efforts are outcome-oriented and drive real behavior change and leadership effectiveness.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:

- · Stay current on OD, leadership, and SaaS organizational trends.

· Experiment with new approaches, including AI-enabled tools and data-driven OD practices.

· Bring pragmatic, forward-looking ideas aligned with Sapiens’ culture and growth journey.

What Success Looks Like:

- · Global OD programs are clearly aligned with Sapiens’ SaaS transformation and business priorities.

· Leaders across regions are better equipped to lead in a scaling, ambiguous, and fast-moving environment.

· OD initiatives are adopted, trusted, and deliver measurable organizational impact.

· OD is seen as a strategic partner, not a support function.

What You Bring
Must-Have

Qualifications:

- · 6+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent, or HRBP roles with strong global OD ownership.

· Proven ability to design, drive, and deliver end-to-end OD and talent initiatives in complex, global environments.

· Strong consulting mindset, including organizational diagnosis, systems thinking, facilitation, and influence without authority.

· Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments and drive outcomes.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills.

· High level of ownership, self-motivation, and assertiveness, with the ability to proactively seek answers and drive solutions.

· Data orientation: ability to use data to diagnose issues, inform decisions, and measure impact.

· Data storytelling capability: translating numbers into clear insights with compelling narratives for senior leaders.

· Practical AI proficiency: experience using AI or digital tools to improve efficiency, insight, or scale in OD, HR, or leadership work.

· High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including building executive-level presentations and working with data.

· Strong written and verbal English.

Strong Advantage:

- · Experience in SaaS, product-led, cloud-native, or agile environments.

· Exposure to operating model or large-scale transformation initiatives.

· Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset around OD and leadership best practices.

· High energy, resilience, and positive, can-do working style.

· Exposure to AI-enabled, data-driven, or modern OD and people analytics practices.

· Experience working with global, distributed, cross-regional teams.
