What you’ll be doing :
 As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be the architect of clients Enterprise
digital footprint. You wont just be buying ads; you’ll be ensuring our
innovations—from Omniverse to Blackwell—are the first things humans and
AI models see.
 Hybrid Strategy Execution:
Plan and execute Global Enterprise B2B
campaigns across traditional paid channels (Linked In, Google, Programmatic)
and emerging AI Answer Engines (Perplexity, Search

GPT, Gemini).
 AIO & SEO Synergy:
Collaborate with the organic team to ensure our paid
media reinforces our Answer Engine Optimization (AIO) goals, ensuring client
remains the authoritative source in generative AI and accelerated computing.
 Integrated Launches:
Partner with our Integrated Digital Marketing Team and
Campaign Teams to lead high-stakes Enterprise launches, ensuring seamless
digital journeys from social awareness to virtual keynote conversions.
 Content & Lead Gen:
Manage high-impact content syndication and lead-gen
activations, utilizing AI-driven vendor tools to identify high-intent B2B buyers.
 Data Storytelling:
Beyond just reporting you will develop insight-rich
dashboards that translate complex data into actionable growth strategies for
leadership.

What we need to see:


Experience:

5+ years of experience managing global B2B budgets. You
should be a veteran of the & lead-to-revenue & pipeline.
 The AIO Frontier:
Proven experience in SEO and AIO (AI Optimization). You
understand how AI models crawl data and how paid media can influence
brand citations in LLM responses.
 Platform Mastery:
Deep expertise in Linked In Ads, Google Ads (including
Search, Display, and PMax), and programmatic DSPs.

 Technical Literacy:
Ability to set up complex tracking, lead-scoring models,
and multi-touch attribution in a privacy-first, cookieless world.
 Analytical Mindset:
You don’t just look at CTR; you look at pipeline velocity
and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
 Communication:
Exceptional written skills—you can explain the & why behind
the what to both technical engineers and executive stakeholders.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd
 Privacy-First Technical Mastery:
You don’t just implement pixels - you are an
expert in Server-Side Tagging, Conversion APIs (CAPI), and navigating the
Privacy Sandbox. You understand how to maintain data integrity in a
cookieless, high-privacy ecosystem.
 The AIO Edge:
You have a proven track record of using paid media to boost
Answer Engine Optimization (AIO). You know how to align paid spend with
organic signals to ensure NVIDIA is the Primary Source cited by AI agents
like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Claude.
 Next-Gen Mar Tech Stack:
Deep experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP and
Marketo Engage. You understand how to leverage AI-driven lead scoring to
bridge the gap between a digital click and a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
 Advanced Measurement Models:
You’ve moved beyond basic dashboards.
You have experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) or Incrementality
Testing to prove the true ROI of brand awareness spend in a complex B2B
cycle.
 Generative Creative Strategy:
You have a passion for testing. You know how
to use Generative AI tools to rapidly iterate on ad creative and copy, tailoring
messaging for highly technical audiences (Developers, ITDMs, and
Researchers).
 Holistic Ecosystem Thinking:
You view the digital journey as a loop, not a
funnel. You understand how Social SEO and community-led growth (on
platforms like Discord or Reddit) feed into the broader Enterprise sales
motion.
