Role Summary You Are The Client Steward And Execution Lead . You Own Outcomes And Ensure Nothing Falls Through The Cracks Internally Or Externally. This Is A High-Ownership Role For Someone Who Has Worked In A Fast Agency Environment And Can Handle Multiple Brands, Tight Timelines, And Client Communication Without Daily Supervision.
If You Have Not Worked In An Agency Setup With Multiple Clients Running In Parallel, This Role Will Not Be A Fit.
What You Own (Non-Negotiable) Day-To-Day Client Communication And Relationship Management.
Internal Coordination Across Design, Video, Copy, And Strategy.
Timelines, Follow-Ups, Approvals, And Delivery Tracking.
Proactive Client Updates Before They Ask (Weekly Minimum).
Escalation Discipline:
If It Impacts Scope, Money, Or Timelines, You Escalate Before Committing.
What You Do Not Own Final Strategy Decisions.
Commercial Negotiations.
Commitments Beyond Agreed Scope Or Timelines.
What You Will Do Day-To-Day Run Weekly Content And Campaign Pipelines Across Multiple Brands.
Convert Briefs Into Clear Internal Tasks With Timelines And References.
Ensure Quality Checks Before Anything Goes To The Client.
Maintain Trackers, Calendars, And Status Updates (Clear Next Steps Every Time).
Coordinate Feedback Loops And Keep Production Moving Without Panic.
Support Growth Through Better Execution:
Faster Turnarounds, Cleaner Planning, And Better Client Trust.
Must-Have Requirements 3–5+ Years In Social Media Account Management, Preferably In A Creative/Digital Agency.
Proven Experience Handling Multiple Brands Simultaneously (Not One Brand Only).
Strong Client Communication:
Clear, Warm, Direct, And Timeline-Led.
Strong Time Management And Follow-Up Discipline.
Comfortable Working With Creatives And Understanding Production Reality (Design, Video, Copy).
Comfortable With Reporting Basics:
Content Performance, Learnings, Next Steps.
On-Site In Bengaluru.
Good To Have (Bonus) Experience With Paid Social Coordination (Working With Performance Teams And Creative Variations).
Familiarity With Tools Like Notion, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite.
